A monthly newsletter about the events of Elkhorn Quest.
We are a homeschool support group meeting in the Elkhorn and Greater Omaha area to support, encourage and enrich families of homeschooling families.
Updates
Our Saviour’s Baptist has agreed to allow us to continue to use their building this next year. We are thankful for their continued support, and look forward to a new year with them. As a part of our agreement and to help with the inevitable costs of using the building, we will be paying a small amount, which will be around $35 a semester, per family taking co-op classes. If you want to be in our co-op this next year but feel this may be a difficult addition to your budget, there may be sponsorships available. If you feel strongly about home education and wish to help make others able to come who may struggle otherwise, you are welcome to make a donation to sponsor others.
Co-op Class Planning
It’s crazy to think that the end of this school year is nearly here, and even crazier to think about how quickly a new one will be sneaking up on us! Please get your thinking caps on and start brewing ideas about next year. Directly after this post (published earlier) is the beginning of our planning blog. Please jot some ideas there, preferably before this Friday if possible. If you haven’t been involved in out co-op classes and are considering it, you are welcome to check these planning posts out to see what you think and plug in your thoughts on it, as well.

- In case of bad weather, check email or text. As a general rule, if Elkhorn schools are closed due to weather, we will also close. Use common sense.
- Workshops and Co-op classes are held at Our Saviour’s Baptist Church, 20230 Hopper Street. Enter door down ramp on east side.
- Workshops are always free and require no RSVP. You are welcome to bring a lunch and stay to visit after these.
